This new series conveys a traditional sense of Japanese beauty while highlighting the mechanical watchmaking for which Seiko is known. The open-hearted watch dial expresses the texture of raw silk thread through a radial pattern. This creation expresses sumiiro, a grayish black originally used on monks' garments. This model features the 6R5J caliber movement.
