The Speedtimer Solar Chronograph is an analog chronograph capable of
measuring elapsed time down to 1/100th of a second. The hands on the
sub-dials at the two, ten, and twelve o’clock positions are in a vivid
red tone in honor of the Laurel. Just like Seiko’s early inspiration,
the dial is bright white. The black sub-dials enhance legibility while
subtly nodding to Seiko’s vintage chronographs. This is a limited
edition commemorating the 110th anniversary of Seiko’s first wristwatch,
"the Laurel". This model comes with an additional brown strap. The strap
is made from leather produced by tanneries certified by the LWG (Leather
Working Group).
